cCubed Security Company's CID-V™ surveillance and tracking camera offers shippers a complete solution to theft, vandalism, and grafitti prevention. The solar-powered cellular camera with integral GPS can be mounted in just minutes on the outside or inside of van-type trailers, flatbed and float trailers, barges, boxcars, and flatbed railcars. When mounted inside a van or boxcar, a small through hole for the solar panel is required.

Using the built-in GPS, your shipment can be tracked from any Internet phone or desktop browser, and a current photo or video of the cargo can be triggered remotely at any time from virtually anywhere. Customers include shippers of high value cargo, radioactive material shippers, and owners of antique car trailers.

Each CID-V™ wireless surveillance camera has two trigger mechanisms that can be enabled or defeated independently. The motion trigger senses movement using a passive-IR motion sensor, and the movement sensor uses a pendulum to sense movement of the shipment itself. This sensor is defeated during transit, but is an excellent tool for theft prevention when a shipment is parked or staionary.

The integral passive infra–red (PIR) motion sensors have adjustable sensitivity, day/night settings, and a pet alley for use where small animals may be present. Standard motion sensors have a 40–foot, wide angle range, or optionally, an 80–foot, narrow beam range.

cCubed™ intrusion cameras may be pole mounted, tree mounted, mounted on trailers or buildings, or simply set on the ground or floor. Removable solar panel, removable exterior lighting, and our custom mounting bracket are included with each unit.

Standard cCubed CID™ cameras function on the Sprint–Nextel™ network, but AT&T™ and Verizon™ units are available as an option (AT&T™ and Verizon™ CID™ cameras do not have built–in GPS). Each unit includes 2 removable exterior lights, removable solar panel, adjustable mounting bracket, and A/C charger.
